Members’ personal details and the details of any non-members who subscribe to ISPCS mailing list, will not be transferred to any third party and will only be used for the distribution of information related to ISPCS events and purposes.

Information provided to the ISPCS for the purpose of joining and paying membership fees is not a database as defined by law. However, ISPCS is and will be careful to preserve the privacy of its members and mailing-list subscribers.

Therefore, ISPCS does not retain bank details, payment method details, or personal details of members who filled out the ISPCS online membership form, nor will the ISPCS share this information with any third party.

For the purpose of paying membership fees online, the ISPCS relies on the services of an authorized clearing company: morning.

Since bank details and payment method details are never saved, members are requested to renew their membership yearly. Automatic renewals of membership will not be possible.
